Rome Metro:
There are currently two Metro lines: Linea A (orange) runs from Anagnina (in south-eastern) to Battistini (north-east) and blu line Linea B runs from Laurentina (south-west) to Rebibbia (north-east). The two lines are characterized by an X shape, and they meet at Termini Station.
The ticket 'metrebus' costs 1 Euro and is valid on buses, trams, metro and local trains within the outskirts of the city (zone A). A ticket is valid for a 75-minute trip to Rome and everywhere allows a subway trip and a chance to take any bus you want in that time.
There is also the opportunity to purchase tickets a week. The subway runs every few minutes from 5:30 to 23:30 (until 24:30 on Saturdays).
